OSTEOTHAI WORKSHOP HARMONIC TECHNIQUES
The harmonic and oscillatory techniques are excellent combination of elements of the structural and functional approach in osteopathy. In Osteothai we incorporate this tools in our Thai Massage routine. This techniques consist mainly in gentle swings of different parts of the body, of cyclical movements (patterns), oscillations and rhythmic movements. These technique allow the different layers of tissue to resonate with physical mechanisms such as oscillation and spring and bring relief, mobility and vitality to all parts of the body to which they are applied.
In this workshop you will learn simple, precise and effective technique to relieve the most common symptoms such as muscle contracture, tissue adhesions, lack of flexibility, scars and post-traumatic issues, edema, inflammation and poor drainage.
You will learn how to integrate them easily into your treatment.
