Thai Massage is presence and communication through touch. Dynamic Thai is presence, creativity and playfulness. Osteothai is presence and multidimensional touch and listening. The practice is a meditation in movement that benefits the body, the mind, the breath and the spirit of both, practitioner and receiver.
\nFollowing the teachings of my mentor David Lutt, \u201cMindful Touch & Movement\u201d with Flo Thai Massage is based on three foundations: the art of touch, the art of listening and the art of mindfulness. The basic training consists of at least three courses: Level 1 and level 2 for beginners, and a third course among those of Thai Massage Advanced or Dynamic Thai Massage. Osteothai Workshops are suggested for advanced students.
\nIn my classes you will find serious, authorized, complete and high quality training and total respect for the spiritual roots of this art. Classes are conducted in Italian and English, with precise and gentle pedagogy and in the spirit of the sangha, within which everyone can find their place to progress in practice.<\/p>\n
