OSTEOTHAI MAIN JOINTS

This module is particularly suitable and recommended for those who have already completed the Osteoathi Module 1 covering the principles and their revision. However, it is also intended for those with a basic knowledge and practice of Thai Massage (Levels 1 and 2, or Level 1 + Dynamic Thai). An interview is required for those who regularly practice other disciplines (floor or table treatments) and wish to enter the world of Osteoathi.
In this module, we will review the general principles of Osteoathi, focusing on the mobility and vitality of the joints. Key to our physical and energetic body, joints are often overlooked during a session due to fear or a lack of understanding of their function. We will therefore explore useful biomechanical concepts in the light of Osteothai, learning simple, safe, and effective techniques to support mobility and vitality in the ankles, knees, hips, wrists, and shoulders. We will practice gentle and precise movement sequences to enhance recovery and adaptation of all the large joints.
