THAI MASSAGE LEVEL 1 “The art of mindful touch”

BASIC THAI MASSAGE TRAINING – LULYANI SCHOOL
(Northern style)
You will learn that Thai Massage consists of rhythmic and static pressures applied on certain points and lines, called “Sen”, along the entire body, through thumbs, palms, forearms and feet, lengthening and stretching, as well as the passive use of some Yoga asana postures.
You will be guided to carefully engage the force of gravity and the correct posture, to treat all tissues (muscles, tendons, layers of fascia, internal organs) deeply, slowly, precisely and effortlessly, with the main objective of removing impediments to the free flow of liquids and energy.
The basic course in Thai Massage is divided into two levels for a total of 70 hours of training. This first level takes place over 5 days in a residential form.
Those who intend to practice this discipline as a profession are advised to repeat the two levels at least twice and to practice between one training and another, possibly attending the Dynamic Thai course and/or the advanced Thai Massage courses. To delve deeper into the art of Mindful Touch you can also follow Osteothai seminars and courses, retreats and special events.
